Crispy Kale Chips


  • .5 pounds Curly Kale
  • 1 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Wash your kale and strain it

  3. Pick off stems (if desired)

  4. Lightly coat the kale with olive oil, tossing in a bowl

  5. Lightly sprinkle with salt, pepper and heavily dust with nutritional yeast.

  6. Spread kale on sheet tray using a Silpat

  7. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven, flip kale and bake an additional 5-10 minutes (or until kale Is light and crispy

  8. Put it in your favorite popcorn bowl and ENJOY!
