Crispy Kale Chips
- .5 pounds Curly Kale
- 1 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 1-2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Wash your kale and strain it
Pick off stems (if desired)
Lightly coat the kale with olive oil, tossing in a bowl
Lightly sprinkle with salt, pepper and heavily dust with nutritional yeast.
Spread kale on sheet tray using a Silpat
Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven, flip kale and bake an additional 5-10 minutes (or until kale Is light and crispy
Put it in your favorite popcorn bowl and ENJOY!
